A survey by the California Association of Realtors® revealed that what buyers want most at an agent’s Web site are more, and better, home photos and more detailed home descriptions.

Taking good photos is one of my specialties. For many years my wife was a professional photographer with her own studio, so I’ve had a great teacher. Also, in your MLS listing, I will use the maximum number of characters allowed to describe your home in detail.
